I have completed the rigorous Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice, providing me with a solid foundation in the principles of massage and anatomy. Additionally, I have pursued specialised training in two distinctive modalities - Hawaiian Heartworks Lomi Lomi Massage and Polynesian Katamasi (Hot Stone Massage). These unique techniques, acquired through hands-on learning at Central Springs School of Massage, bring an exotic touch to my repertoire, allowing for a truly transformative and culturally rich experience.

My passion lies in delivering treatments that transcend the physical, aiming to alleviate muscle tension, soothe aches and pains, and unlock a greater range of mobility while bringing tranquillity of mind. Each session starts with a detailed patient intake and is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a personalised and deeply rejuvenating experience. In addition to my massage expertise, I am a practitioner of Traditional Usui Reiki, an ancient Japanese energy healing technique. Infusing Reiki into my sessions adds an extra layer of holistic healing, promoting balance and harmony on a physical, mental, and emotional level. This gentle yet powerful practice complements the physical benefits of massage, providing a comprehensive approach to your well-being. I also offer Crystal and Sound healing which are both Vibrational healing modalities. These techniques cleanse and purify your body on a cellular level.
